If no proof of payment is received within 24 hours, the item(s) will be put back up for sale.
Please be sure to use the order number & your name as a reference on all deposits.
Any faulty electrical items – you will receive a refund – non electrical items, there will be no refund, please make sure when booking an item that it is what you want to buy.
If a buyer can not make it to a sale and has made payment please let a friend or family member collect for you. If not collected you will then lose your payment as this is now costing the Owner and SellnBuy SA money, and the item is now left unsold. Compensation for what the owner and SellnBuy SA has lost.
This is not an auction sale – all items are priced and prices are sometimes negotiable.
There is NO ACCESS to the premises before the sale day. Entrance to the sale is on a “First Come First Served” basis (unless specially arranged with SellnBuy SA to collect early)
When buying an item remove the price ticket & take it to the person in charge to pay.
Please do not remove any ticket if you are not sure you will purchase the item. Items purchased must be paid in full and checked out by our security staff before being removed.
All items are secondhand and are sold “As Is” – please check the condition & working order of the item before purchase.
There is No Guarantee that all items will be available on the day as they may be withdrawn without notice by the seller.

Any claims for a refund after the proceeds have been paid over to the seller (owner) are the sellers responsibility.
Right of admission is reserved. Breakages will be charged for.
Theft or fraud will be prosecuted – No bags and Jackets are allowed into the sale.
